Osie Ukwuoma of Mississauga, Ont., moved from No. 10 to No. 5 on the CFL's list of top Canadian university prospects for the 2009 CFL Canadian college draft. Also entering the top-15 was linebacker
Thaine Carter of Nanaimo, B.C.
Offensive lineman Simeon Rottier of the University of Alberta remains the top Canadian university prospect. Rottier was listed at No. 1 when the first rankings were released in September.
Bishop's running back Jamall Lee moved ahead of Windsor offensive lineman Matt Morencie into the second spot, with Morencie slipping one position to No. 3. Laval defensive lineman Etienne Legare moved up one position into No. 4.
Rounding out the top 10 are Saskatchewan slotback Scott McHenry; St. Francis Xavier offensive lineman Steve Myddeltonl Acadia slotback Matt Carter; Calgary offensive lineman Dylan Steenbergen and Dinos defensive tackle Deji Oduwole, who wasn't listed in the first round of rankings.
Also listed were Ottawa linebacker Mike Cornell at No. 11, followed by defensive backs Anthony Lukca of McGill and Tamon George of Regina, followed by Montreal defensive end Mathieu Brossard.
Carter rounds out the top-15 players and was unranked heading into the season.
