KINGSTON, Ont. (March 26, 2026) – Queen's Football will open the 2026 OUA regular season on the road, visiting the Toronto Varsity Blues in their Week 1 matchup on Sunday, August 30.
The OUA announced the 2026 regular season schedule on Thursday, with Queen's opening the season on the road before a Week 2 bye week. Queen's Football will host the Waterloo Warriors in Week 3 for their home opener on Saturday, September 12 at 5 PM at Richardson Stadium.
Football season ticket packages are on sale now and can be purchased on the
Queen's Gaels Tickets webpage. Single-game tickets will be on sale prior to the start of the regular season.

Queen's Football will be defending their 2025 Yates Cup Championship, won last year against the Laurier Golden Hawks. After finishing the regular season with a 5-3 record before three straight playoff wins to capture the OUA title.
"It's always really exciting to get the schedule," said Queen's Football Head Coach
Steve Snyder. "Having the clear picture of who you play, and where and when you play them makes the season feel right around the corner.
"For us at Queen's, the historic rivalries and the Homecoming Game are things that usually stand out. We are really excited about getting our students out to Richardson!"
Along with hosting the Warriors in the home opener, Queen's Football will also host the Ottawa Gee-Gees, Windsor Lancers, and Guelph Gryphons.
Queen's will host the Gee-Gees on Saturday, August 26 at 1 PM at Richardson Stadium. Queen's will host the Lancers on Saturday, October 10 at 3 PM, at Richardson Stadium. And Queen's will host the Gryphons on Saturday, October 17 at 1 PM at Richardson Stadium.
Queen's will round out their 2026 regular season schedule with road games against the Carleton Ravens, on Saturday, September 19 at 1 PM, the Western Mustangs, on Saturday, October 3 at 1 PM, and the McMaster Marauders, on Saturday, October 24 at 1 PM. All road games can be seen on OUA.tv.
