Queen's Triathlon is a student-coached varsity athletic club that competes against other Ontario universities throughout the school year in the Triathlon Ontario Indoor Provincial Series. Membership to the club includes coaching at all practices, reserved swim times, spin classes, other workshops, and transportation to our races. Our schedule includes three swims, three cycling/spin practices, and four running practices every week.

Swim sets range from 2000-3500m, bikes 20-60km and runs 5-10km. Our team consists of 20 competitive racers who represent Queen's at races. Athletes are expected to attend a minimum of 4 practices a week and be available to compete in all races. We will be selecting the athletes for the racing team in September based on tri-outs in September and commitment.

The tri-outs consist of a timed 400m pool swim, a 20-minute effort on a stationary bike, and a timed 3km run and will be taking place in early September. For more information please see the Open Tryout Page and contact the Club Presidents.

If you have any questions we will be at Athletics Open House during the first week of September in the ARC or you can contact us at qtri@queensu.ca.

Student - Athletes interested in competing for the Club, please complete the recruitment form.
