Gaels fall in OUA Semifinal to Carleton

HAMILTON, Ont. (November 28, 2009) – The Queen's Gaels women's water polo team could not overcome the top-ranked team in Ontario as they lost 19-2 to the Carleton Ravens in the OUA Semifinal on Saturday afternoon.

The Gaels had goals from Carla Henderson of Nanaimo, B.C., and Marissa Robinson of Burnaby, B.C., while four different players had three goals for Carleton.

Queen's will look to capture an OUA Bronze Medal tomorrow afternoon when they take on the McMaster Marauders at 11:40 am.
