The OUA released the 2026-27 Basketball schedules on Tuesday, with Queen's set to open their season on the road, taking on the Algoma Thunderbirds in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. on Saturday, Oct. 24.

After a three-game road trip to start the season, the Gaels will host the Western Mustangs in their home opener on Friday, Nov. 6, with the Women tipping off at 6 PM and the Men at 8 PM at the ARC.

Other key games on the schedule include the Gaels hosting the Carleton Ravens on Saturday, Nov. 14, the Toronto Varsity Blues on Friday, Jan. 15, and the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Saturday, Jan. 30.

OUA Basketball Playoffs begin on Wednesday, Feb. 17 while the OUA Championships, the Critelli Cup and Wilson Cup, are scheduled for Saturday, March 6.

Queen's Women's Basketball is coming off a 21-1 regular season, before advancing to the OUA semifinals last year. Queen's Men's Basketball is coming off a 15-7 regular season, before advancing to the OUA quarterfinals.
