Queen's Rowing earned 12 podiums at the Brock Invitational in St. Catherines, Ont. on Saturday, capturing four first place finishes, seven second place finishes, and one third place finish at the regatta.
The Gaels earned gold in the Women's 2-, Women's Lightweight 2-, and Women's Novice 2X, as well as the Men's Novice 2X.
The duo of
Claire Ellison and
Abby Speirs came first in the Women's 2- event.
Isabel Geiger and
Brigitte Gaudert finished first in the Women's Lightweight 2-.
Sydney Major and Samantha Lee won the Women's Novice 2X event.
And Peter Dunning and Marcus Kern won the Men's Novice 2X event.
The Gaels earned silver in the Women's 1X, Women's Lightweight 2X, Women's 4+, Women's Lightweight 4+, Women's Lightweight 8+, and Women's Novice 4+ on the Women's side, and the Men's Lightweight 4+ on the Men's side.
Julia Schuurmans finished second in the Women's 1X.
Gillian Jansen and
Isidora Ferguson finished second in the Women's Lightweight 2X.
Nicole Schmidt, Speirs, Emerson Wehrmeyer,
Bryn Bain, and Schuurmans finished second in the Women's 4+.
Jess Stephenson,
Sophie Robbins, Geiger,
Emma Shimizu, and
Sophie Aspinall finished second in the Women's Lightweight 4+.

Jade Van Klei, Bryce Tovich, Abby Wojtyk, Isabel Wettlaufer-Wang, and Nathasha Perera finished second in the Women's Novice 4+.
