Jared Chisari ran for 286 yards and a program-record five touchdowns as Queen's Football snapped their two-game losing streak with a massive 87-0 road win over the York Lions in North York, Ontario Saturday afternoon.

Chisari (Naples, ME) now holds the Queen's Football single-game record for touchdowns with five, and his 286 yards on the ground against York on Saturday are second all-time in Queen's Football history in single game rushing yards.

Chisari had touchdown runs of 10, 39, 20, 2, and 49 yards in the win, finding the end zone in three of the four quarters. He averaged 16.8 yards per carry and finished with a long of 72.

Jaden Blackman (London, Ont.) and
Anthony Soles (Pointe Claire, Que.) also added to Queen's strong rushing attack. Blackman ran for 81 yards and a touchdown while Soles finished with 55 yards and two touchdowns.

Anthony Lio (Aurora, Ont.), behind centre for Queen's was strong through the air, finishing 14-18 for 216 yards and two touchdowns.
Josh MacLeod (Brampton, Ont.) and
Aidan O'Neal (Sackville, N.B.) scored receiving touchdowns for Queen's.

With a total of 33 first downs and 664 offense yards, Queen's Football team marked their biggest offensive output of the season.

Tyler Mullan (North Bay, Ont.) also had a standout performance, which included two field goals and 11 successful PATs for 17 points.

Queen's defence had a strong game, holding the Lions to just 111 passing yards and 29 receiving yards. The team also recorded four interceptions, with
Liam Sutherland (Ottawa, Ont.) grabbing two, and
Stephane East (Toronto, Ont.) and
Aidan Vint (Kelowna, B.C.) grabbing one each. Vint's interception was returned for a touchdown.

Josh McBain (Mississauga, Ont.) and
Steven Kpehe (London, Ont.) both recorded a team-high four solo tackles.

With the win, Queen's record improved to 2-3 this season, while York dropped to 0-6. After two weeks on the road, Queen's Football returns to Richardson Stadium on Friday, Oct. 6 for their lone night game of the season, hosting the Carleton Ravens at 6 p.m. Tickets for the game are on sale now on the
