Men's Soccer
The Gaels men's soccer team (3-4-3) will make the quick trip over to RMC on Wednesday night to take on their cross-town rivals Paladins (0-7-3). Kick-off is set for 7:00pm.
Coming off a tough weekend against two strong Toronto teams, Queen's will look to capture a victory over the winless Paladins.
Last weekend saw the Gaels drop points to the visiting Ryerson Rams in a 3-0 defeat. The tricolour were able to bounce back the next day against the Toronto Varsity Blues. Coming from behind in the 86
th minute of play, Gaels midfielder
Michael Chang came up big for Queen's with an equalizer goal to steal a win from the Blues with a 1-1 final.
Now over halfway through the regular season and looking to Wednesday's match, Queen's will look to build a win-streak. The last time these two teams met was during the regular season last year, when the Gaels drew 2-2 to RMC at home.
The Queen's men's soccer team will have a short break before they travel to Ottawa on Sunday to play the No.4 nationally ranked Carleton Ravens (9-1-2). The game will be a challenging matchup for the Gaels, as the Ravens sit at the top of the OUA East standings.

Men's Rugby
Standing as the lone undefeated squad in the OUA, the Gaels men's rugby team (5-0) will look to continue their perfect season as they travel to St. Catharines to take on the Brock Badgers (4-1) on Friday at 1pm.
The Gaels enter play fresh off a 34-26 rematch victory against the defending 2016 OUA champion Guelph Gryphons to stay undefeated.
Like the Gaels, the Badgers come off a big win. Brock improved to 4-1 on the season when they defeated the University of Toronto Varsity Blues 47-22 last Saturday on the road. With the win, the Badgers clinch an OUA playoff berth with three games left in the regular season.
The last time out against the Badgers, the Gaels captured a 43-21 victory on home turf during regular season play.
Women's Rugby
Fresh off of a bye week, the No.8 Queen's rugby team (2-2) will begin their push in the OUA playoffs on Saturday as they host the Trent Excalibur in quarterfinal action at Nixon Field under the lights at 7:00pm.
The last time out, the Gaels beat the Excalibur 71-5 during the regular season last year. Historically, the Gaels women's rugby team has been victorious in the conference quarterfinal round of playoffs, advancing to the semi-finals for eight consecutive seasons now – a trend they will look to continue on Saturday.
After a week of rest, the tricolour will look to bounce back from their 21-15 loss to the undefeated No.7 McMaster Marauders.
Against the other nationally ranked program, strong defensive play kept both teams scoreless through most of the second half until a penalty opportunity gave the Gaels a chance at redemption. Nadia Popov (Newmarket, Ont.) nailed the penalty goal, to put the Gaels within a try and conversion of taking a one-point lead. Into injury time however, it was strong tackling and ruck control that held McMaster's lead until the final whistle.
Last season, the Gaels came out flying in their 2016 playoff campaign, dominating the quarterfinal round with a 60-7 win over the York Lions. Despite the strong start, the semi-finals saw Queen's playoff push come to a halt after a tough loss against the Guelph Gryphons.
This time around, Queen's will look to best their performance last season and play for a medal.

Women's Soccer
Following a 6-point weekend that saw twelve goals from the tricolour, the No.10 Queen's women's soccer (7-2-1) will look to continue their win streak as they travel to Ottawa to take on the Carleton Ravens (3-0-8) on Saturday and the No.7 Ottawa Gee-Gees (7-1-3) on Sunday. Back-to-back matches will both see a 1pm kick-off.
The Gaels women's soccer team enter play after a weekend of absolute domination at Richardson Stadium. Queen's captain
Laura Callender (Ottawa) sits at the top of the OUA scoring leader board with nine goals after a 6-1 victory against Ryerson followed by a 6-2 triumph over the Toronto Varsity Blues. Teammate
Jenny Wolever (Toronto) also tops the OUA assists leader board in first place with six assists in just ten games.
Coming into the Carleton game, the Gaels will look to continue their strong offensive performance. Saturday's match is the second meeting between the Ravens and the Gaels this year. Carleton made the trip to Kingston early in the regular season and left Richardson Stadium with a 2-0 defeat from the Gaels.
With a quick turnaround, Queen's will take on the No.7 Ottawa Gee-Gees in a match between two nationally ranked programs. Like Carleton, the Gaels have also played the Gee-Gees once before during the 2017 season – a game that saw Ottawa steal a win from Queen's with a late goal for a 1-1 score.

PRESEASON ACTION
Men's Basketball
The Queen's men's basketball team will carry on with their preseason schedule as they make the short trip across town to St. Lawrence College on Wednesday to take on the Vikings. Tip-off is set for 7:30pm.
The SLC Invitational marks the first game for the Vikings basketball team this season, unlike the Gaels who have a pair of exhibition games under their belts. Newest Gaels transfer and guard Jaz Bains will be taking on his old Vikings team in the exhibition matchup.
Last weekend saw the tricolour in Quebec, where they took home a 81-66 win over the Bishops University Gaitors.
Men's Hockey
Last Saturday, the tricolour visited the University of Massachusetts Minutemen. Veteran Gaels goalie
Kevin Bailie stopped 23 of 24 shots he faced in the 30:28 played in the game. Despite the strong showing, the Queen's Gaels fell 1-0 to the Minutemen.
Returning from south of the border, the Gaels men's hockey team will visit the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Friday night for their final exhibition fixture before the OUA season. Puck drop is set for 7pm.
Men's Volleyball
The annual Queen's Invitational tournament last weekend saw the host Gaels men's volleyball team finish with a 1-2 record. The Gaels came away with a win in the last game of the tournament, sweeping OUA rival Waterloo 3-0. Veteran outside hitter
Markus Trence was a force for the Gaels, hitting double-digits in kills in all three games during the weekend.
Next for the Queen's volleyball squad is a road trip to Guelph for the Guelph University Invitational. The Gaels will face off against Laval, Trinity Western and Alberta.

Women's Volleyball
Like the men's side, the Queen's women's volleyball team competed in an invitational preseason tournament last weekend. The Gaels made their way to Montreal to open their exhibition schedule at the UQAM Invitational – a tournament where the tricolour saw a bronze finish with wins over Sherbrooke and Montreal.
This weekend will see the Gaels back on the road as they travel to St. Catharines for the Brock Thanksgiving Tournament. Queen's will open the invitational against Lakehead University, followed by CEGEP from Quebec.
