Queen's varsity club cheerleaders Alyssa Shaver, Kirsten Rodgers, Sarah Butt and Lee Detlor were all announced as members of team Canada.
Shaver, Rodgers and Butt will join the All-Girl Premier team while Detlor will compete on the Coed Premier.
Cheerleading alumni Laura King will join Shaver, Rodgers and Butt while alumni Kezia Burke, Tim Greyling and Jeff Bogue, part of the Queen's coaching staff, will compete with Lee.
This year's team features athletes from six provinces.Â
