Gaels come up short in Toronto

Queen's end season with without a victory
Toronto (November 9, 2008) - Queen's travelled to Toronto this weekend looking for their first win of the year, but came away empty handed with losses to Toronto, McMaster and York.

On Saturday morning, Queen's fell to host Toronto 24-5.  In the afternoon match-up, the Gaels lost their closest game of the year falling to Western15-12.  Standout performance in the game was  Eric Jones of Hamilton who had eight of the 12 goals for the Gaels. 

In the Gaels season finale on Sunday afternoon, Queen's would drop it's final game 19-8 against York.  They finished the season 0-10 duplicating last year's winless season.

The Gaels top scorer this season was Jones with 31 goals. Ogen Hristovski of Skopje, Mac. was  second with 16 goals.
