Trailing 5-4 in the last minute of the fourth quarter, Queen's
Connor Crowe scored with just one second remaining to force the shootout. Â The Gaels took the best-of-five shootout 4-2 as Crowe, Alex Le Blanc, Alex Cox-Twardowski and Connor Lundell-Smith all scored.Â
Crowe led the team with two goals in regulation time, while Diederik Hartog,
Hendrick Fang and Nikola Cugalj each added single tallies in the win.Â
Spence Thomson netted two goals to lead the Gee-Gees, while Duncan Branda, Christopher Callard and Mihalo Krstic each scored once in the loss.
Gold-Medal Match: Toronto 7, Queen's 6
The Blues led 5-1 midway through the third quarter but the Gaels battled back, scoring three straight to head into the final frame down by one (5-4). Toronto scored two goals to open the fourth quarter and the Gaels responded with two of their own, but time ran out before they could find the back of the net again.Â
Scoffield led all players with four goals for the Blues, while Stefan Mitic, Daniel Ugray and Danilo Seskar each tallied once in the victory.Â
Connor Crowe and Alex Cox-Twardowski led the Gaels with two goals apiece, with
Hendrick Fang and Nikola Cugalj scoring once in the loss. Robinson shone in the game for the Gaels, making numerous saves and stopping Scoffield on a penalty shot in the second quarter.Â
The McMaster Marauders earned the bronze following a 9-6 victory over the Carleton Ravens.Â

Semifinal #1: Ottawa 11, Queen's 10
Ottawa's Sophie Bresolin proved to be the game's hero, scoring her fourth goal of the game and third of the fourth quarter with just 10 seconds remaining to secure the upset victory over the Gaels. Trailing 9-5 after three quarters, Bresolin and Danielle Hirsh notched three goals apiece to lead the Ottawa comeback. Hirsh ended the match with a game-high five goals, while Stephanie Sibbald and Erin Woods each had single tallies in the win.
The Gaels were led by
Kelsey Grimes and Sydney Hutchison's hat trick performances, while
Maya Tigley, Dakota Kenwood,
Mia Stankovic and
Caitlin Neapole each scored once in the loss.Â
Bronze Medal Match: Carleton 8, Queen's 7
A dominant first half propelled the Ravens past the Gaels in the bronze-medal match. Alicia Morewood tallied two goals in the opening frame as Carleton took a 5-3 lead after seven minutes of action.
The Ravens outscored the Gaels 2-1 in the second quarter and led 7-4 at halftime. Queen's controlled the second half and slowly inched their way back into the game, bringing it within one (8-7) with just over five minutes remaining. Both teams ended in a defensive stalemate as the Gee-Gees came away with the bronze-medal victory.Â
Morewood and Sarah Cruickshank led the Ravens with two goals apiece, while Carley Paquette, Rachel Howes, Case Langevin and Brank Trajkovik each scored once in the victory.
Caitlin Neapole, Sydney Hutchinson and Dakota Kenwood each scored twice for the Gaels, with Saskia Simunovic adding a single tally in the loss.Â
