2009-10: 1st and 2nd team CIS All-Canadian Team after CIS Gold in 1000m and Silver in 1500m… Was both OUA and CIS Community Service Award winner…OUA All-Star for both Cross Country and Track & Field...OUA Track & Field MVP

2008-09: Was voted team captain for Cross Country but due to winter academic exchange in Australia decided not to use eligibility for Fall Cross Country season

2007-08: CIS 2nd Team All-Canadian with Silver in 1500m and Bronze in 1000m….OUA 1st Team All-Star with Gold in 1500m and Bronze in 4 x 800m relay. Was team Track and Field MVP and was Queen’s Athlete of the Winter Term

2006-07: Was Team Rookie of the Year for both Soccer and Track & Field…4th at CIS Championships in 4 x 800m…Academic All-Canadian

Personal: Sister is a member of the Cross Country and Track & Field name...
