Queen’s Strength and Conditioning is dedicated to serving our community of athletes daily with comprehensive coaching and training in an inclusive and welcoming environment. At all times, we will prioritize athlete health, well-being and then performance.

Through our academic mini-stream with the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, we will provide formative experiential learning opportunities that encourage young coaches to prepare, practice, lead and evolve all while supporting athletes in their pursuit of success both on and off the field of play.

Queen’s Strength and Conditioning strives to play an integrated role across our campus and community, with the focus of developing academic opportunities and engaging in impactful programming for our Queen’s and Kingston community.

Queen’s Strength and Conditioning provides strength and conditioning services for our 13 varsity high performance teams, coaching approximately 450 student athletes. Additionally, we also support the physical development of our varsity club teams, based on a team-by-team commitment, at an affordable rate.
