Queen's Football is excited to announce Carter Gusway has joined the program as Recruiting Coordinator and Receivers Coach.

Gusway brings extensive experience to his role with Queen's Football. He previously served as offensive coordinator for the Regina Thunder of the CJFL and has also coached in the NCAA at Bowdoin College in Maine and St. Lawrence University in New York. In addition, Gusway gained international coaching experience with the Neu-Ulm Spartans in Germany.

"Carter's enthusiasm and intelligence stood out to us, he came highly recommended from previous head coaches he worked under," said Queen's Football Head Coach Steve Snyder. "His commitment to coaching football, willingness to align with a system and go all in on program building are all things we really value here. We can't wait to get started with Coach Gusway and look forward to the impact he will have on the program."

Gusway has a Master's in Educational Leadership from St. Lawrence University after completing his undergrade in Sports & Recreational Management.
