At the 2026 Men's Fencing OUA Championships, hosted by the University of Waterloo, the Queen's Men's Fencing team finished 6th overall.
In the individual events held on Saturday, the Queen's Gaels had two top 16 and two top 8 results: in Foil,
Graeme Wood finished 7th overall;
Theo Pos duplicated that result with a 7th place finish in Epee and
Graham Goodwin placed 11th in that event; and, in Sabre,
Luke Steverango came 12th.
After the first day of competition, Queen's was ranked sixth place.
In Sunday's team events, the Queen's Men's Foil Team, composed of
Graeme Wood,
Ewan Peterson,
Ewan Sutherland, and
Pendleton Murray finished 6th. The Queen's Men's Epeeists (
Nathan Harrison,
Graham Goodwin,
Theo Pos, and
Jay Solomon) ended the event in 7th place with a win over Carleton. The Sabre Team of
Luigi Burjato,
Luke Steverango,
Justin Bhatla, and
Jack Atkinson had the best overall result for the Gaels, with a 5th place finish with a victory over Western.
With the points earned in the team competition, the Queen's Gaels finished sixth overall in the banner points.
