Queen's Men's Volleyball lost their consolation semifinal match to the Laval Rouge et Or 3-1 (25-16, 15-25, 25-17, 25-18) Saturday afternoon at the U SPORTS Men's Volleyball Championship in Windsor, Ont.

With the loss, the tremendous season for the Gaels, which saw them win their second straight OUA Forsyth Cup Championship, came to an end.

Reed Venning (Arts & Science) led the Gaels on offence with 12 points off 11 kills, both team-highs. Venning was named the Gaels' Player of the Match.

Chris Zimmerman (Arts) had a team-high 30 assists.
