Members of Queen's Men's and Women's Hockey shared their experiences as Black hockey players.
Sienna Bullen from Queen's Women's Hockey and
Sam Marburg from Queen's Men's Hockey sat down for a conversation with Queen's Shift Project to talk about their journeys, and what representation in hockey means to them.
The two also talk about what being a Black hockey player means and messages they'd like to leave for the next generation of Black hockey players.
Along with the feature, Bullen is helping Queen's Women's Hockey host a Women of Colour Hockey Collective Game this Friday against the Waterloo Warriors.
