Gaels Wrap up the Season, Finishing Seventh Overall at the OUA Figure Skating Championships

Queen's Gaels Figure Skating delivered a strong showing at the 2025 OUA Figure Skating Championships, earning multiple top-five finishes en route to a seventh-place overall finish with 15 points, in the event hosted by the McMaster Marauders on March 4-5.

The Gaels were led by a fourth-place finish in the Gold Men's Free Skate, scoring 41.87—just one point shy of a podium spot. In Senior Pairs, Queen's put together a solid performance, securing fifth place with 41.19 points.

Queen's continued to make an impact in the Open Solo Dance, where they claimed another fifth-place finish with 26.31 points. The team also delivered a top-five result in STAR 10-Gold Dance, earning 23.91 points.

Rounding out the Gaels, the Novice Women finished fifth with 27.54 points, just two points behind the 2025 Banner Winners - the Western Mustangs.
