Queen's Women's Basketball Head Coach
Claire Meadows helped the German National Women's Basketball team secure a berth in the Olympics this past weekend in Brazil.
As part of the team's coaching staff, Meadows helped Germany finish 2-1 at their Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Belem, Brazil, to earn a spot in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Germany opened the weekend tournament with a big 73-66 win over Serbia on Thursday, before falling to first place Australia 85-52 on Friday. They ended the tournament with a tight 73-71 win over host Brazil to finish second in their group and secure their Olympics spot.
