KINGSTON, Ont. (May 19, 2022) – Queen's Women's Squash was named the Varsity Club of the Year for the 2021-22 season during the 86
th annual Colour Awards, which were held virtually from May 17-19.
Women's Squash was named the Award of Merit recipient after capturing their seventh straight OUA Women's Squash championship.
The Gaels, who also won the Jesters League this past season, featured two OUA All-Stars in Heather McLachlan and Dileas MacGowan. MacGowan was also named the OUA MVP and Peak Performer at the OUA Women's Squash Championship, while the Gaels'
Lisa Coates was named the OUA Women's Squash Coach of the Year.
