KINGSTON, Ont. (March 19, 2019) - Queen's football head coach Steve Snyder announced Tuesday that Matt Nesbitt will be the Gaels football offensive line coach.

"I have known Matt for a long time, coaching him at St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in London, Ontario," said Snyder on the hiring of Nesbitt. "Matt is a very knowledgeable coach, he cares about the student-athletes he works with and he is committed to working together with what is shaping up to be a great staff. We are looking forward to working with Matt and helping him continue to develop as one of the top young coaches in the country, we are very excited about this addition to our program."

Matthew has also coached extensively with the Jr. Gryphons in the Ontario Provincial Football League. He has been heavily involved with Team Ontario, working with both the U16 and U17 provincial staffs over the last five years as well as being on the U17 Eastern Team Canada staff in 2017 as the Offensive Coordinator.
