This Saturday marks the Gaels annual Bell Let's Talk games as women's and men's volleyball, women's and men's basketball and men's hockey will be hosting special Mental Health Awareness themed events throughout the day.
Join in on Bell Let's Talk Day On January 30, Bell will donate 5 cents to Canadian mental health programs for each of the following interactions, at no extra cost to participants beyond what they would normally pay their service provider for online or phone access:

The Gaels (6-5) are hosting the No.8 Toronto Varsity Blues (8-4) on Friday in their Bell Let's Talk game and then close out their weekend with a matchup against the No.4 Ryerson Rams (10-1) on Sunday. Both matches are set for 1 pm start times.
The Gaels currently hold down third place in the OUA East tied with the York Lions with 12 points. The Gaels face a tough challenge against a pair of nationally ranked teams who sit first and second in their division. The Gaels sit just four points behind Toronto for second place and could gain some valuable ground on the Varsity Blues with a strong showing at home.
Toronto themselves is coming off a pair of losses to Waterloo and Ryerson. The Gaels already have a win over Toronto this season and sit with a 3-1 home record at the ARC.Â
Caroline Livingston paces the Gaels with 144 total kills, good for fourth in the OUA and will do battle against Alina Dormann of Toronto who has 164 kills and sits second.

The Gaels (8-3) take on the Ryerson Rams (8-3) and the Toronto Varsity Blues (8-4) in a battle for the top spot in the OUA East. All three teams sit with 16 points heading into the week.
The Gaels are coming off a weekend road split that saw them finish the weekend with a sweep of the Waterloo Warriors. Toronto dropped their last outing against Ryerson who has now won five straight matches.
Queen's had another strong weekend from setter
Zane Grossinger who averaged 10+ assists per set over the weekend and moved his season average up to 9.79 per set.
The Rams will sport the OUA leader in kills with 202 Xander Ketrzynski while Queen's counters with
Zac Hutcheson who sits second in the conference.

It's a busy week for the No.9 Gaels (15-6-0) as they play three games in four nights starting Wednesday at UOIT (12-7-4) before returning home Friday against Laurentian (6-14-1) and Saturday against Concordia (13-8-1) for their Bell Let's Talk game.
The Gaels enter Wednesday in a tie for third in the OUA East, but only three points separate the third place Gaels from the seventh place UQTR Patriotes.Â
Queen's is coming off of a tough loss at Concordia last weekend in their lone matchup of the week. The Gaels will look for revenge Saturday night.Â

The Tricolour (9-7) will look to bounce back after a pair of tough road losses to Ottawa and Carleton last weekend when they host Nipissing (3-13) Friday and Laurentian (6-10) on Saturday in their Bell Let's Talk game.
The Gaels will be looking for revenge against the Lakers who handed the Gaels a 61-48 defeat in North Bay back on January 5.
Friday night's matchup is also Kingston Impact night. Members of the local basketball organization will be attending the game Friday while the atom girls team coached by Leslie Stevenson will be a part of the pregame and halftime festivities.
The Gaels sit in fourth place in the OUA East just six points ahead of Laurentian.

Queen's (8-8) will welcome the Nipissing Lakers (2-14) Friday on Kingston Impact night and the Laurentian Voyageurs (8-8) Saturday for their Bell Let's Talk game at the Queen's ARC.
For Kingston Impact night the Gaels will be joined by Duncan Cowan's atom boys team for the pre-game introductions, and the team will also be featured during halftime of the matchup Friday night.Â
The Gaels completed a Northern sweep of Nipissing and Laurentian back in early January and will look for the season sweep with a pair of victories this weekend. Queen's is tied with Laurentian for fourth in the OUA East with Toronto just two points back.

It was a six-point weekend for the women's hockey team (11-7-0-0) last weekend with an upset of a nationally ranked Mustangs team and a win over Windsor. This weekend the Gaels hit the road as they visit York (4-9-3-1) on Saturday afternoon and No.7 Guelph (12-2-1-2) on Sunday afternoon. Both games are set for 2 pm puck drops.

Katrina Manoukarakis had a big weekend scoring twice against Western and adding an assist against Windsor.
Queen's will look to pick up as many points as possible as they currently sit tied for fourth place in the OUA with 33 points. They are just two points behind Ryerson and four behind Western for third and second respectively. At the same time, they will look to fend off multiple teams behind them as Toronto is just one point back of Queen's and Waterloo is only two behind the Tricolour.
