The 25
th anniversary of the Hart House Indoor Triathlon was hosted in Toronto Ontario on February 4
th. The Queen's Triathlon team battled against the University of Waterloo, University of Toronto and Western University to win the event.

Past and present members showed great skill, hard work and sportsmanship throughout their races. First place was secured in both male and female veteran race categories with Thomas Volz and Maia Idzikowski taking gold. Idzikowski had an amazing race and captured the furthest bike distance for the females at 11.0 km. Adam Sunavsky and Griffin Fitzhenry tied for second in the male veteran race. Fitzhenry captured the furthest swim distance of 1143m alongside fellow rookie team member Adrian Gimon. Sunavsky captured the furthest bike for the makes coming in at 12.5 km.

In the female rookie category, Moran Foster captured second place with the strongest female run at 3.57 km. The highlight of the event was a relay team involving Natasha Goncharenko, Maddie Driver and Courtney Milligan who captured gold in the relay. The team is looking forward to their next race at Western University on March 25
th.
