GAME FLOW
Ming, who is ranked sixth in OUA scoring, also picked up three assists on Saturday for his seventh multi-point game of the season. The sophomore forward is currently on a two-game hot streak after his hat-trick lifted the Gaels to a 6-2 victory over the RMC Paladins in the 30th Carr-Harris Cup on Thursday night at the K-Rock Centre.

Ryan Bloom also had a big game on Saturday, picking up two goals and an assist. His second goal of the evening tied the contest at 4-4 with only 20 seconds remaining in regulation after the Gaels pulled netminder Kevin Bailie for the extra attacker. Bloom (Calgary, Alta.) now has six points in his last two games after picking up three assists against the Paladins on Thursday.

First-year Slater Doggett (Oakville, Ont.) also had a multi-point evening, picking up a goal and assisting on Ming's overtime winner. It was Ming's fourth game-winning goal of the regular season.

Veteran goalie Kevin Bailie had another solid performance, stopping 47 of the 51 shots he faced to pick up his 14th win of the season, which ranks the Belleville, Ont. native fourth in the OUA.

The Gaels stopped the Warriors on their three power-play opportunities to maintain their fifth place standing in the OUA East division, just a single point behind the UOIT Ridgebacks in fourth place.
