Gaels doubled up by Ravens in Ottawa 4-2

OTTAWA - The Queen's Gaels (6-3-1) lost 4-2 on the road Sunday afternoon to the Carleton Ravens (6-3-2) in Ottawa.

GAME FLOW
It was a high scoring affair at Carleton as a total of six goals found their way to the back of the net in a match between two teams jockeying for position in the OUA East standings.

Amanda Ngwafusi scored just 17 minutes in to give the home side an early 1-0 lead but it was short lived. In the 33rd minute Jenny Wolever (Toronto) set up Laura Callender (Ottawa) who connected on her second goal of the season.

Emily Copeland dinan scored late in the half to put the Ravens back in front 2-1 after 45.

In the second Carleton scored twice in 10 minutes thanks to a setup and goal from Amanda Ngwafusi. Tara Bartram (Vancouver) tallied a late goal for the Gaels but the Ravens held on for the 4-2 win.
