Gaels win 3-0 in straight sets against Nipissing

BOX SCORE KINGSTON (November 9, 2013)- The Queen's men's volleyball team improves to 3-1 on the season with a straight-set victory, 25-16, 25-23, and 25-15 over the Nipissing Lakers on Saturday night at the main gym in the ARC.
 
Philippe Goyer (Ottawa) led the Gaels offense with 15 points, including 11 kills. Ivo Dramov was the Gaels defensive leader, digging 10 of the Lakers attacks.
 
Nipissing's Dan Pearson highlighted the Lakers losing effort with 11 digs.
 
Queen's (3-1) resumes play next weekend on the road with games at Waterloo (5-2) on Friday and McMaster (4-0) on Saturday.
