LONDON, Ont. (November 21, 2009) – Mitch Leger of Kingston, Ont., earned his second double-double of the weekend tallying 20 points and 13 rebounds in a 85-72 loss to the Western Mustangs on Saturday afternoon in OUA men's basketball action.

Guard Ryan Hairsine of St. Mary's, Ont. recorded a season high 19 points in the loss and was five for six from behind the arc.

Andrew Wedemire of Sarnia, Ont., and Ryan Barbeau of Belleville, Ont., led Western posting 24 points each. Garrett Olexiuk of Burlington, Ont., was Western's top rebounder with 13.

The Gaels were playing in their second game in less than 19 hours having defeated the No. 6 Windsor Lancers last evening in Windsor, Ont.

Queen's record falls to 2-4 on the season while Western improves to 4-2. Next week the Gaels travel to Guelph to play the Gryphons on November 27 with tipoff scheduled for 8:00pm.
