It was at the University of Windsor where McAuslan was the conditioning coach for the women's volleyball and men's football teams. McAuslan's responsibilities as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Queen's requires him to program year round training systems for 13 varsity sports teams, perform tri-annual testing, work closely with the Queen's Athletic Therapy department in returning athletes to play as well as manage the experiences and responsibilities of approximately 40 interns in the Kinesiology and Physical Health Education Strength and Conditioning mini-stream.
