2024 U SPORTS Men's Volleyball Championship Tournament Passes and single game tickets on sale now!

Queen's will welcome the best university men's volleyball teams in the country to the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) for the 2024 U SPORTS Men's Volleyball Championship from Thursday, March 14 to Sunday, March 17.

2024 U SPORTS Men's Volleyball Championship Tournament Passes and single game tickets are on sale now! Tournament Passes include all five sessions of the tournament (11 games) and can be purchased for $95.

Single game tickets are on sale for $20 for adults, and $10 for youth and students.

All games will take place in the Main Gym at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC). All tickets are General Admission.

Tournament passes will be available for pickup at the Q Services desk starting March 1, or on game days at the ticket table outside the main entrance.

Pass holders will receive a collectors pass that will provide admission to each session. Show your pass at the start of each session for admission.

All U SPORTS Men’s Volleyball Championship games will be held in the Main Gym at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC), located at 284 Earl Street. 

The Main Gym is home to the Queen’s Gaels Varsity Volleyball and Basketball programs, and has seating for more than 1,900 spectators.

Parking

  • Queen's University has a number of parking options available on campus. Parking is free in all on-campus lots on weekends and before 7:00 am and after 5:00 pm on weekdays (excludes lots Kingston Hall, LaSalle, McLaughlin, Stirling, University Club, Waldron as well as roadway spaces between Grant and Kingston Hall). 
  • Parking is free in all on-campus lots on weekends and after 5:00 pm on weekdays. On weekdays before 5:00 pm, pay and display parking is available on Earl Street and surrounding streets across campus.
  • Those parking at Queen's University can use the HONK Mobile App and/or Pay & Display machines located at surface lots around campus. Primary campus surface lots include:
  • The March 15-17 weekend is expected to see increased activity in the area around campus with additional restrictions in place for access to the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC). Spectators are asked to take extra caution when arriving at the ARC and encouraged to avoid the Earl Street entrance to the ARC, if possible.
    • Street parking between Earl St. and William St. between University Ave. and Division St., as well as on Aberdeen St. and Division St. between Earl St. and Johnson St. will be prohibited during the championship weekend.
    • For ease of access to campus during the championship, spectators are encouraged to avoid both Division St. and University Ave. during their commute.

Restrooms and Water

  • The Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) has a restroom located on the concourse level in the southeast corner of the venue, with additional restrooms located in the Queen’s Centre.
  • Spectators are welcome to bring empty reusable water bottles and fill them at one of the water stations located adjacent to each restroom entrance on at the ARC and Queen’s Centre.
  • Please note: Queen’s University does not permit the sale of single-use water bottles on campus, and water will not be available for sale from the concessions at Richardson Stadium.
     

Concessions

  • Concession service will be available from the concession stand located on the concourse level in the southeast corner of the venue for the duration of the tournament.
  • Please note: The ARC is a cashless venue.
     

Merchandise and Souvenirs

  • Fans looking to purchase 2024 U SPORTS Men’s Volleyball Championship merchandise are encouraged to visit the Q Shop located on the concourse level in the southwest corner of the venue.
  • Fans can also order merchandise online.
  • Please note: The ARC is a cashless venue. 
     

Lost and Found

  • All items that are found by patrons or facility staff can be brought to the Q Shop located on the concourse level in the southwest corner of the venue. Following the competition, all items will be held at the Q Shop.
     

Emergency Information

  • Emergency Phones are easily identified on campus by their blue lights and yellow boxes with a large red button and provide a direct phone communication link to Queen's Campus Security's Emergency Report Centre (ERC) for any emergencies or need for immediate assistance.
     

Spectator Rules and Regulations

  • Queen’s Athletics & Recreation is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans at the ARC. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, hate speech, homophobia, discriminatory language, or any other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, teams, school representatives, or other spectators will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
  • Unauthorized entry onto the court is strictly prohibited. Anyone who enters the court before, during or after an event will be subject to removal from the venue, and/or fines, prosecution, and Queen's University students may also be subject to the non-academic misconduct process.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products is prohibited on all university properties.
     

Lost and found: 

  • All items that are found by patrons or facility staff can be brought to the Q Shop located by the entrance to the Main Gym. Following the competition, all items will be held at the Q Shop for 2 weeks (and then will be donated). 
     

Prohibited Items

For safety and security, possession of any of the items listed below, or possession of any other object which endangers the safety of others:

  • Flares, smoke bombs, sparklers or fireworks of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Any missile/projectile-like objects
  • Prohibited drugs and any other prohibited substances
     

Restricted Items

For safety and security, the following are not permitted inside the Main Gym:

  • Metal or glass containers of any kind (water bottles must be plastic and empty to be allowed in the Stadium)
  • Backpacks and large bags over 14x14x6 inches (subject to search)
  • Unapproved large flags, banners and drums
  • Musical instruments *(except for bells or cowbells, which are permitted), air horns, or powered megaphones or electronic noisemakers
  • Aerosol cans (silly string, etc.)
  • Bikes, inline skates, skateboards, scooters, shoes with wheels
  • Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
  • Pets, with the exception of service animals
  • Strollers or baby seats may not be taken into the stands or left in section entrances
  • Tripods, selfie sticks and/or monopods
  • Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)

  • 2024 U SPORTS Men's Volleyball merchandise can be purchased in-person at the tournament or online at the Q Shop.
