In a battle of U SPORTS Top 10 ranked teams, Queen's Men's Basketball fell to the Ottawa Gee-Gees 95-82 Friday night in Ottawa, Ont.

The No. 6 ranked Gaels were competitive through the first quarter, and led the No. 5 ranked Gee-Gees 23-22 at the first quarter break, but Ottawa would go on a second quarter run to take a double digit lead into half time, and never look back.

Queen's would stage a fourth quarter comeback attempt, outscoring Ottawa by 12 points down the stretch, but the Gee-Gees would hold on for the 13-point win.
