Queen's Men's Soccer fell in a tight road contest 1-0 to the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks Friday afternoon in Oshawa, Ont.
Brett Springer scored for the Ridgebacks in the 31st minute and Ontario Tech took a one-goal lead into half time.
The Gaels couldn't break through in the second half, ultimately falling 1-0.
Queen's out-shot Ontario Tech, recording 14 shots with five on net compared to nine shots with two on net for Ontario Tech.
With the loss, Queen's record dropped to 0-3-2 while the Ridgebacks improved to 4-0-1 with the win.
The Gaels return to the field on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 3:15 p.m. against the Trent Excalibur in Peterborough, Ont.
