After a scoreless first period,
Michael Renwick (Mississauga, Ont.) opened the scoring for Queen's with a power play goal in the second period, assisted by
Trevor Longo (North Vancouver, B.C.) and
Daniel Michaud (Belleville, Ont.).
Dalton Duhart (Grand Blanc, Mich.) secured the win with an empty net goal late in the third period while Queen's was shorthanded.
With the win, the Gaels improved their record to 7-4-0 on the season. Queen's will close out their weekend road trip Saturday night against the Carleton Ravens.
