Queen's Women's Basketball continued their strong start to the season, going on the road and capturing a win over the Laurentian Voyageurs 75-48 Friday night in Sudbury, Ont.

Bella Gaudet (Ottawa, Ont.) let the Gaels on offence, with a game-high 17 points in just 15 minutes of action.

Laura Donovan (London, Ont.) and Bella Belvedere (Bolton, Ont.) also scored in double digits for Queen's in the win, with 16 and 10 points respectively.

Julia Chadwick (Ottawa, Ont.) also had a strong game for Queen's, finishing with nine points and nine rebounds.

Queen's finished the game shooting 34 per cent from both the field and three-point range, while holding the Spartans to 32 per cent shooting from the field, and 18 per cent from three-point range.

With the win, Queen's is now 3-0 on the season, and will close out their weekend road trip on Saturday against the Nipissing Lakers.
