KINGSTON, Ont. (Oct. 21, 2023) - Queen's Women's Hockey fell 1-0 to the Laurier Golden Hawks Saturday at the Memorial Centre.

The Golden Hawks opened the game up with a goal three minutes into the first period, which went unanswered. Laurier acquired a couple of penalties within the period, but Queen's was unlucky during their power plays.

During the third period, the Gaels got two penalties but defended their zone and kept Laurier from scoring any more goals.

With the loss, the Gaels' record fell to 1-2-0 on the season.
