KINGSTON, Ont. (Nov. 4, 2022) - Queen's Men's Basketball followed the Women's team's lead by defeating the visiting Ontario Tech Ridgebacks 104-73 Friday night at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC).
  
The Gaels took the game away in the first half, scoring 28 and 33 points in each of the quarters. They then had an impressive third quarter, extending their lead by 47 points (88-41). Queen's kept a strong offensive performance to end the game up 31 points.  

Also, reaching a season milestone tonight, this was their highest scoring game of the season so far with Cole Syllas and Cameron Bett scoring 23 and 22 points each. The pair were also 3 for 5 and 6 for 8 on 3-pointers. 

Queen's had an impressive 57 points coming from the bench. Kai Dalen was able to rack up his first minutes and points as a Gael, playing for 23 minutes and scoring eight points.
   
The Gaels will play their first away game on Sunday where they will take on the McMaster Marauders at 3 p.m. The game will be available to stream on oua.tv.
