Queen's Men's Basketball defeated the Rams 105-100 Sunday in Toronto, Ont. to complete the sweep of their season-opening doubleheader on the road.

Five Gaels players scored in double figures, led by Cameron Bett (Staines-Upon-Thames, England), who finished with a game-high 25 points. Quinton Gray (Richmond Hill, Ont.) and Cole Syllas (Kingston, Ont.) added 18 points each while Luka Syllas (Kingston, Ont.) scored 15 points and Michel-Edouard Jolic (Quebec City, Que.) scored 14.

Henry Van Herk (Toronto, Ont.) led Queen's with eight rebounds.

The Gaels shot 48 per cent from the floor and 33 per cent from three-point range recording 10 three-pointers, and were outshot by the Rams, who finished 52 per cent from the floor and 48 per cent from three point range, finishing with 13 three-pointers.

Queen's will return to the court next weekend against the Toronto Varsity Blues, Saturday, Nov. 13 at 2:30 p.m. at the ARC in their home opener.
