Queen's Men's Basketball continued their undefeated start to the season with a big 98-70 win over the Toronto Varsity Blues in their home opener at the ARC Saturday.
Quinton Gray (Richmond Hill, Ont.) led all scorers with 24 points for the Gaels in the win, while
Cole Syllas (Kingston, Ont.) added 18 points,
Cameron Bett (Staines-Upon-Thames, England) 11 points, and
Luka Syllas (Kingston, Ont.) 10 points.
Luka Syllas also tied for the team-lead with
Connor Keefe (Halifax, N.S.) with seven rebounds.
The Gaels outshot Toronto from the floor, 48 per cent to 40 per cent, but were outshot from three-point range, 38 per cent to 39 per cent.
Queen's will return to the court for a doubleheader against the Nipissing Lakers on Friday, Nov. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 27 at the ARC.
