Back-to-back goals in the second give Gaels win over RMC

KINGSTON, Ont. (January 25th, 2020) – The Queen's Gaels (11-11-2) held off the RMC Paladins (7-16-1) to win their second game in a row this weekend.

GAME FLOW
Matthew Hotchkiss scored the only goal during the first period to give the Gaels a 1-0 lead heading into the second period. It was close, however Queen's led in shots 9-8 after the opening twenty minutes.

The second started with Jaren Burke scoring early followed by Luke Edwards scoring directly after giving the Gaels a 3-0 lead with less than fifteen minutes left in the second. Edwards finished off a nice passing play from Alex Row and Nevin Guy for his second of the season.

RMC would cut the lead down by making it 3-1, but Alex Row found the empty next giving the Gaels their second win in as many nights, 4-1.
