KINGSTON, Ont. (January 10th, 2020) – The Queen's Gaels (7-11-1) fell to the No.6 Carleton Ravens (17-3-1) 4-1 Friday night in OUA men's hockey action.

GAME FLOW
Coming into Friday's matchup vs the Ravens, the Gaels were eyeing revenge as the last time they faced one another, Carleton came out on top 3-2.
Both teams looked evenly matched as the opening period would end remaining at a 0-0 tie. The goaltenders were the story in the early stages and Queen's netminder
Luke Richardson cleared multiple Ravens chances from harms way.
Queen's started off the second period coming off a power play goal by
Josh Curtis who had some help from Jared Bethurne and
Jaren Burke at the 11:04 mark to put the Gaels up 1-0.
Carleton would score the next three prior to the buzzer that would signal the end of the second and headed into the final period up 3-1. The Ravens final two of the frame came just 14 seconds apart.
The final period saw a fourth and final goal for Carleton giving the Ravens a 4-1 win over the Gaels.
