KINGSTON, Ont (February 22, 2019) - The Queen's Gaels (15-3) got past the RMC Paladins (2-16) with a straight set 3-0 win on Friday night at the ARC. The Gaels finish atop the OUA East and will host a playoff match next Saturday.

Adam Boljkovac in a special presentation.
GAME FLOW
The Gaels controlled much of the play in the opening set opening up a 17-8 lead off a kill from
Dylan Hunt. RMC was able to take five of the next seven points but the Gaels stayed the course and an ace from
Adam Boljkovac sealed the Gaels win 25-17.
After RMC stayed with Queen's through to a 9-7 lead, the Gaels took over and grabbed eight of the next nine points to lead 15-10. RMC kept things close but
Zac Hutcheson finished off the second set with a kill 25-21.
The Gaels quickly got in front of RMC in the third set with a four-point run, and a pair of three-point runs leading them into the technical timeout ahead 16-10. RMC was once again able to battle back and make a game of things but in the end, the Gaels were too much and a block sealed the set and the match 25-22 and 3-0.
