PETERBOROUGH, Ont (October 5th, 2019) The Gaels earned a 0-0 draw against the Trent Excalibur in Peterborough on Saturday.
GAME FLOW
The first half of action saw both defenses play well with 45 minutes of back and forth play with scoreless draw entering halftime.
The second half mirrored the first with the Gaels working the ball downfield, however ending with nothing to show for it, as both teams would remain scoreless after the 90th minute.
Queen's produced opportunities to gain a lead late in the second half, as Allie Day's shot on goal sailed high over the post.

Jason Cho with a chance to score the game-winning-goal late in the half, but Cho missed his shot wide and the game ended in a 0-0 tie.
Queen's will aim for their fourth win of the season and a crucial three points when they face Ontario Tech on Sunday afternoon as the Gaels remain focused on earning a chance to battle in the 2019 OUA playoffs.
