KINGSTON, Ont. (December 5, 2017) – Queen's Athletics & Recreation (A&R), led by the Gaels Varsity Leadership Council (VLC), have led the way with a community outreach project to collect donations for Martha's Table.
 
Martha's Table is a Kingston charity that provides low-cost nutritious meals to families in need over the holiday season.
 
The VLC has worked together with Queen's athletes from numerous varsity teams and clubs over the past few weeks to coordinate a campaign to collect food donations.
 
The VLC collected the donations in the Alumni Lounge at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) on Tuesday before taking the donations to Martha's Table.
