KINGSTON, Ont. (September 25, 2011) The Queen's Gaels (3-2-1) could not overcome a second half goal from the visiting Varsity Blues (4-1-1) as they suffered their second loss of the season Sunday afternoon in Kingston.

Dylan Maxwell of Vancouver helped ensure the game remained tied 0-0 at half time, making six saves on the night.
The second half remained 0-0 until the 85th minute, when Toronto was finally able to break the tie. The Gaels were unable to recover despite a high-energy finish, and the final score remained 1-0 for the Blues.
The loss drops the Gaels' regular season record to 3-2-1.
The Gaels are back in action against the Royal Military College this Thursday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 2:00.
