Jimmy had the game of his career as he returned two punts and a kickoff for touchdowns in the Gaels thrilling 52 - 49 victory over the Guelph Gryphons. In addition to the touchdowns, Jimmy recorded the second-highest single game punt return yardage in CIS history with 259. He also had 180 kickoff return yards for a total of 439 return yards on the day.

In addition, Jimmy was also announced as the OUA Athlete of the Week and the OUA Special Teams Player of the Week.
