Greg Faulkner (Kingston, Ont.) of the men’s basketball team is the Queen’s University Male Athlete of the Week. The third-year forward led the Gaels to a split in their two final games of the fall term, as he averaged 18 points and six rebounds over the two games. In Friday’s loss to Windsor, he led the Gaels with 19 points. In Saturday’s 114-76 win over Western, he had a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds, and also made a game-high five assists. Overall, Faulkner is fourth in the OUA with 19.7 points per game.
