Lucas Azaredo Lobo (Kingston, Ont.) is the Queen’s University Male Athlete of the Week. The fourth-year striker scored a pair of critical second-half goals, as the Gaels completed a four-point weekend and stayed tied for first in the OUA East. On Saturday, he found the net in the 90th minute to give Queen’s a 2-1 win over the visiting U of T Varsity Blues. On Sunday, his goal in the 71st minute gave the Gaels a 1-1 draw with the Ryerson Rams. The No. 7-ranked Gaels are currently 8-1-2 on the season.
