Brittany Moore (Hannon, Ont.), led the way for the Gaels as they defeated their cross-town rivals the Royal Military College (RMC) Friday night. Moore would score 25 points in the 68-53 win. She would continue her strong play over the weekend as the women were victorious over Nazareth College 53-34 and McGill 71-65 in exhibition play. Moore would end the weekend with 51 points but none was more important than a three pointer with just 43 seconds left in the game against McGill to give the Gaels the lead and the eventual win.
