Morgan McHaffie of Guelph, Ont., led the Queen’s Gaels to a pair of victories over nationally-ranked opponents this past weekend. The second year physical and health education major scored a goal and added an assist Saturday as the Gaels earned one of their biggest wins of the year, beating the No. 5 Brock Badgers 6-1, snapping Brock’s five game win streak. Sunday, McHaffie once again posted a goal and an assist as Queen’s extended their win streak to four games with a 4-1 victory over the No. 8 Guelph Gryphons. McHaffie, who has scored in four consecutive games, now has 15 goals on the year and sits tied for fourth in the OUA in scoring with 26 points on the season.
