David Aime of Clandeboye, Man., backstopped the Queen’s Gaels to a pair of victories last week against RMC and Toronto. The rookie goaltender stopped 22 of 23 shots in the Gaels 6-1 win over RMC Thursday and against the Varsity Blues, he turned aside 33 shots, including all three shooters in the shootout, as Queen’s won a key divisional matchup 4-3. The first year arts and science major finished the weekend with a 1.96 GAA and a .932 save percentage.
