Queen's University Athletics

Ryan Ratushniak is entering his seventh year as Head Coach, Queen's Women's Volleyball. He's led the Gaels to five winning seasons and OUA Playoffs appearances in his time on the bench.

Ratushniak and the Gaels finished the 2022-23 regular season with an 11-9 record before advancing to the Quigley Cup.

Ratushniak is a former assistant coach with both Canada's Women's and Men's National teams, coaching in more than 50 international matches with the women's team. Ratushniak was also a coach at Volleyball Canada's Centre of Excellence.

He has also served as an assistant coach for University of Manitoba Men's Team and as the manager of Athletics and Recreation Services at Red River College in Winnipeg, Man.

Ratushniak is a Manitoba alumnus and played five years for the Bisons.
